Announcing the entertainment for the Lieutenant Governor’s Canada Day Celebration

The Lieutenant Governor’s Canada Day Celebration ‍on July 1st from 1 to 4 p.m. at Government House, 4607 Dewdney Avenue in Regina

With just a month to go, the Office of the Lieutenant Governor is delighted to announcea line-up of great entertainment for Canada Day. “I warmly invite everyone to attend our annual Canada Day Celebration at Government House in Regina. We have all sorts of fun activities planned,” said Lieutenant Governor Bernadette McIntyre.

Enjoy lively music and dance performances on the main stage by:

‍· The Pile of Bones Brass Band – a popular high-energy local group who embody the spirit of New Orleans during Mardi Gras!‍

· Saskatchewan RCMP Pipes, Drums and Dancers‍ ‍

· Tavria Ukrainian Folk Dance Ensemble‍ ‍

· Regina Hibiki Taiko Club Japanese Drummers‍ ‍

Also outdoors, there will be a variety of exciting shows, activities, and photo opportunities for kids of all ages including:‍ ‍

· KAOS Dogsports – fan favourite every year‍ ‍

· Spider-Man and Princesses Elsa & Anna from Storybook Princess Parties‍ ‍

· Saskatchewan Science Centre Shows‍ ‍

· Fenek Farms Petting Zoo‍ ‍

· HMCS Queen Bouncy Castle and Magic Party Bubble Bouncer‍ ‍

· Face painting with Canada Day themed designs‍

Inside Government House you will find plenty to do to with an art show, classical guitarists, and the Government House Historical Society Vintage & Collectibles Sale. ‍
